If you have a buddy give you a hand you'll save a lot of time.
Could just do one at a time, thats what i did with no help.
Why rebuild the Bils?, just use em til they are dog****, then rebuild..more miles that way(unless of course they are dooky now)

About 8 hours or so. I threw my springs on around 70k and have 90k ish now. I believe one of my rear struts is shocked but plan on replacing all 4 now anyways. Screw it throw them on now and send them off when the times comes to have rebuilt.

Man I remember when I had 49k..4 years ago when I brought the car lol. Good times. With those kind of miles I wouldn't even bother sending them out now.

It's a love hate relationship for me. Didn't bother me most of the time but sometimes it did late at night. I had prosport gauges so they were brighter then what I have now and I always had sensitive eyes so that could be why.

Waiting on you to order a zzp pillar so I can see how it looks before I get one of the gen 2 versions.

Anyone know what the best type of solder is? I'm gonna do the big 3 upgrade when I replace my battery and possibly my alternator. Gotta get it tested. But when I did a buddy's upgrade for his sound system I he didn't want them soldered but I'm gonna mine right and solder it all since I have a torch and all

We'll if you do any motorized ops i might see you out here ...As far as springs go I went with the canuck motorsports 2" & 2.5" drop.and they are great but not low enough for me so I am thinking coil overs. Also I was also excited about the calspeed headers but according to the threads at LS1 might be a long ways away still and I don't have the patience so I might just be getting the doug thorleys .....

Me too. But after what Doug thorley said in some pm's to me over on ls1tech I'll never buy a damn thing from him! How much drop did the canuck ones give u in the end after the car settled? And motorized ops no I won't be we'll be set up as a static site do ling what we do...and moving if news be. But mostly my little team of 5 do what we want sorta...you may or may not know what it is but I can't say.

About 2 fingers in the front from top of tire to fender and about 1 finger in the back from tire to fender.
