haha yeah all street racing videos say that they happen in Mexico. These are local news regarding this subject:

This is what I deal with every day, I mainly have zones or routes that I Just don't take because streets are like that:

This happens a lot in rain season, they get covered by water and you can't see it. FWD to minute 1:00

Wow that's just sh*tty. And we thought our roads here in Michigan were bad. Lol.
Hey man if you want a race car you have to commit and do it all not just leave some stuff stock
Your LCA's shouldn't rattle, period. You have other issues. I almost thought maybe the person that installed them put them in wrong, but thats impossible. Check the bolts with the car on the ground to see if they're tight. They are just the regular non adjustable ones right?
If everything checks out, are you sure the rattle is coming from the rear of the car? Check sway bar links possibly?
I searched in ls1tech and it looks like it's common for the lca bolts to get loose even within minutes of driving. I read some solutions too. I had them checked this afternoon and they were indeed loose. We tighten them up as hard as possible and used loctite. The rattle is gone, hopefully it will stay like that if not we will have to try something else.
The rear end is also very noisy now. I may have a deal on a set of factory 3.23s

Yes, when you install them, you have to drive the car a few miles then retighten.
I guess I'll have them checked again on saturday to make sure then.
That's most likely the case, it wasn't in a very good shape to begin with. It was kind of noisy when going 50+ mph these last mods and punishment probably finished breaking it. I'm going to just replace with factory gears for now. I have a few stuff that I need to fix on it too. It still needs tires, rear discs and brake pads. Labor isn't expensive so it's ok, I'll se about getting a better one when this one breaks again lol.
Do it once do it right.....hmmm where have I heard that before...
Exactly.
And coming from the guy with a GT?
Do you just assume he doesn't have a faster car?
Let the record show, GPF knows dick about modding F-bodies. /Thread.
