I had them checked this afternoon and they were indeed loose. We tighten them up as hard as possible and used loctite. The rattle is gone, hopefully it will stay like that if not we will have to try something else.

The rear end is also very noisy now. I may have a deal on a set of factory 3.23s

sounds to me like when you were beating on that glass factory 10 bolt you chipped the pinion gear, putting factory gears back in isnt a solution theyll just break again you need an upgraded rear end if your gonna beat on it
