i could

im 6'6" tall, the front seats would be had to deal with all by them selves.
i drove a early 2000's mustang, i had a hard time getting in period, then i could not let the clutch up with the door shut because my knee hit the wheel. tight fit indeed.
i was a better fit for a 67 1/2 camaro, with a full roll cage and a tubed out rear. lots of room in that car.
Wow! Looks nice! It really came together! It looks tons nicer lowered too. So on the exhaust are you just dumping it under the car now? Put some turndowns on?
For the record the back seat is for looks only. I was going to do a Scott Rod backseat delete but the bars that tie in the torque boxes are directly in the way.
Like that but in satin black. Oh well.
Thanks. It's actually going to sit higher than that when I install the front suspension. Just been waiting impatiently on my struts.
As far as the exhaust goes....
I gave up on plans to drive it this year. In all actuality I'm starting to lose interest on this for now. So the plan is to flip the headers and make a turbo kit this winter and drive it next year. At least until I have my real engine ready or this one splits. LOL
LOL! I bet it's still fun to drive.
Any updates ?
both lol a tubro nitrous set up
Damn work blocking pictures. I'll have to look on the phone.
Edit:
Damn 4:10 gears are gonna be NICE!
So got a few minutes of free time today. Took the midpipe off and test fit the headers.
Driver side
Passenger side
Drivers side has a ton of room. Just have to get a relocation kit for my oil filter and probably a 45* fitting for oil log. Passenger side I'm going to have to relocate the fuel lines. Going to have to get solid mounts too since the passenger header hits the mount (which has maybe 8 miles on it.) I will probably hack off the sway bar mounts with a metabo too just for a little insurance. I planned on cleaning them up the right way when the engine is out.
Looking at getting a small turbo since this engine will probably not get spun past 5500. This the one I'm looking at. If anyone has a suggestion I'm all ears. http://www.precisionturbo.net/turboc...ger---6076E/64
Seems Legit!

Ok, after a little hiatus (ie burnt out on this pile) I got something done.
Side by side comparo.
Some install pics.
Some little issues I ran into:
-Rack mounts on K-member are a little off, I may be able to force on, just ran out of ambition tonight.
-Shaft is now too short to reach steering column, have to order new one.
-Front brake lines are now in the way of the coilovers, have to make new ones.
Pretty sure that's it for the new issues. LOL
I got some solid mounts on there now, clears the header like I had hoped.
Oh and the headers are flipped to make a laughable turbo setup.
