Roof rails are easy.
Remove the stock "trimming" in the area where the roof rails will go. Just get the edge with a flat head screw driver and just peel that sh1t off.
Then grab some 3M tape and place it on the roof rail, and slap the roof rail in place. Simple as that.
And for tint, i have 5% back with 15% front and 5% visor. Ive been pulled over once for it but got away with no ticket.
Most cops wont care, but one douche cop out there might get you for it.

Make sure you clean out the groove really good before you put the new rails in place! When I did mine I had dirt and gunk down in there from years of being out in the elements. Took some Windex spray and a couple rags and cleaned it out really good so that once the 3M tape hit the area I knew it would be stuck on.
Tint usually applies to you and the cops in the area. If you are problematic and they know your car, dark tint is just another excuse to get pulled over. If you are stupid and get pulled over dark tint will be another thing they throw at you. But, if your a decent driver and don't get stopped very often most of them will likely leave you alone.
cops in my area dont care about tint i went on a trip to see a friend got pulled over my a small town cop and told me to take it off cause it was to dark and ticketed me for 11 over and 2% window tint what an ass. BTW im an officer at lansing prison and the cop stood there and asked questions about it then went back and ticketed me ass hole
Chef has it dead on.
All depends on the cops in your area.
When it comes to tint, if your speeding and acting like a dumbass and get pulled over, the cops will hit you with the speeding ticket & the window tint.
Just drive normal and safe and most cops wont give a sh1t, unless you give them a reason to pull you over.
Just at a very seldom time, there might some douche baggery of a cop that will pull you over solely b/c of tint and nothing else.

Meh... Cops LOVE my tint....
In Pa the cops lovveeee tint.
cops love tint around where i live...
never had an issue, 20% all way round
going to be 20% all the way around in about a month and a half. MN the legal limit is 50%.... effffff thatt!!!
Pffft. Anything lighter then 5% is child's play.
Well got the Car washed. Still cleans up like new, even after the harsh non-garage Michigan winter.
On top of that i got an oil change. Weeeeeeeee.
But heres the good news, i've been getting real sick of waiting around for a used Aeroforce to pop up and ive been wanting to get my little build on the road, so tomorrow after i get my paycheck, i was going to run to ZZP and sang up an Aeroforce, BUT yesterday i got an exciting PM from a guy that has an AF and is willing to sell it for me. YAY. About damn time i get an AF.
All the gunk you see is snow from my street, as me street is pure slush. Yuck.
I LIKE the rims...
Aeroforce don't pop up much for sale for good reasons since most of us wouldn't sell it once we have one unless your needing cash bad or demoding the car.
All I gots to say is about damn time Dan!
You cant go wrong with a set of $150 steelies, that came off an Impala.
I like the rims more than the tips lol
Bought myself a Denso Upstream o2 Sensor.
Also bought some Dorman Aluminum Coolant Elbows.
Both bought from Ebay, oh how i love Ebay.
Schweeeeeeet.

Finally got around to replacing my Upstream o2.
Replaced it with a Denso one.
The little packet is some Anti-Seize that came with the sensor.
Put $20 of 93 octane in it, like always, and took it for a 20 mile highway to make sure it didnt reject this o2 sensor. With cruise set on 70, in 19 degree weather with some wind and snow, plus idling at one red light, at the end of my little journey, my MPG's were this.
Bad picture but i ended at 27.1mpg by the time i got home. Not to bad considering how cold and windy it was.
Also, as i was browsing my engine bay, my LIM gaskets need to be replaced for sure. Got some oil sh1t sitting on the LIM in a few places.
Team lim gasket!
