thanks Scottydoggs ,but this is what I did change out! I can hear the fuel pump run for the 5-10 seconds whiles hte car is running, then sounds like the fuel pump cuts off (which is what the security is supposed to do right ? ) and like i stated in my earlier post ... I can straight wire the fuel pump and it'll run as long I want it to! So I don't think it's a fuel pump issue.Originally Posted by ScottyDoggs

not that it matters but....History of the car... it had the dreaded fire from Valve cover leak (so it was running at one time) ... and a buddy if mine replaced wiring harness and computer and since then it's not ran without straight wiring the fuel pump (then it'll run like a raped ape!!) and it will not pass inspections b\c it wont throw a code, so I'm thinking it's all related but it may not be??
