My first question....Am I the only GP owner that has no idea where to get the replacement thin black trim/edging the sits atop the interior door panels of the '97-'03 models. Any help would be appreciated...I can't seem to find it anywhere.

    Welcome to the forum!

I've looked for that trim as well. No luck...

I don't think you'll find new replacement pieces, those were probably serviced as part of the trim panel assembly. I have thought of slitting some black nylon fuel injection hose and gluing or taping that on. It would look similar and probably last longer.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

Go to a junkyard and grab your trims off a GP there. They are only held in with staples. Take your time so you don't break or crack them. Got 1 trim piece for like $2. When you reinstall them, use like hot glue or something. Mine stayed in without any adhesive.

    Welcome to the Board!

Finding parts on a 97-03 in 2015 is getting harder and harder. I don't believe that trim was ever available as a separate part and was only a part of the entire door panel. Anyways, as mentioned, either JY, or from parts car, or be inventive.

    : )

    Good Luck!
