Hey everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself to the page! On May 19th i bought my 00 GTP off of a guy on craigs list. It wasnt perfect but i was willing to bring it back from the state it was in. As of now pretty much have fixed about 95% of the problems and boy i can say im happy with this car! Few things it had was a bad crank sensor, fuel level sensor, hub bearing, tie rod end, and bad tires. Now if i can only get a paint job in the original color again! the sound system is awesome, the ac works wonderful, all windows work and quickly. It was clearly not a beater and on top of that everything was stock on it, only reason the paint is burnt was since it was impounded and never picked up, it was probably burnt by the desert sun.

Well I am going to use it as my daily driver but I would like to put some power logs or headers, an air intake and not sure What else for now.

Go headers. its cheaper than buying plogs and a dp and it keeps you from guying headers later on if you want to keep modding. A 3.4 setup with 1.9 rockers would be good for dd. If your patient, you can find most if not all of the stuff you need in the for sale section.

Your paint looks like most of the cars down here. At least you don't have to deal with rust, right? Take the good with the bad I suppose.

Boosted: that's what I was thinking just in case I got that power itch haha

Brandon: yeah I'd rather deal with peeling clear coat then rust.
