Pulley'd up to a 3.5 still have 3° of knock at WOT. I also lost 2-3lbs of boost at WOT. Maybe its the weather? But 3° of knock with headers something doesn't seem right. I got new stock wires, al104 180tsat my o2 isn't hitting the firewall... 207k miles no check engine light. I'm still waiting on a tune.

That doesn't sound out of line at all, particularly without a tune.

i was at 4.3 kr with a stock tune, and 3.4, headers and 1.95 rockers. a tune goes a long way.

3 kr is about right for that setup. I had between 3-4 occasionally with SD headers and a 3.5. It Happens. Get a good tune, and add some e85 on top of your 93 if it's available in your area. Should cut it down.

My car has 7*+ of KR bone stock.

3* KR on a 3.5 and headers without a tune isn't awful, but your goal is 0.

I would try to get an In-Car tune if possible, but if not pick up a tune from either Reptile on the Forum, or from Overkill.
