Plugs- I run AC 41-104 (Iridium), the stock kind. Hope I got that number right. Check wires and coil packs also. Chances are by the time you change plugs, there will be a damaged wire. Must check the coil end of your wires for funk, too. Coil packs themselves are gonna be tired at 132K also and could def cause roughness. However vaccuum leaks are smooth idle's enemy #1 on the supercharged cars.
Oil- Valvoline 10-30 MaxLife. ATF- Valvoline also.
No input on good lamps, as you see the options suck.
I like Wagner Thermo-Quiet pads. It is important to break in new pads properly.
