Last night it was about 32 degrees outside, I started up my car and it died 2 seconds later. I noticed that it was trying to idle around 600 rpm's which i know is lower than it is set to. If i start up the car and give it bit of gas to keep it around 900-1k rpm's it is fine. I drove it around a little to test it out and noticed any time i came to a stop the rpm's would drop to about 600 and my headlights would dim along with my Heat stop blowing. Thoes would both jump right back up if i got it back up to 900 rpm. This happened until my car got up to about 160 degrees then it ran fine, also it would idle at about 900 then as well. Any ideas would be helpful thanks! Mods in sig.

    ....very vague.

    Any check engine lights?

Any odd noises? This sounds like my car when I lost compression and chipped a couple pistons.

Otherwise, could be a nasty vac leak. OR, could be a bad MAF. Unplug the MAF and start it. If that keeps up, then I'd look elsewhere.

No check engine light, no codes showing up when i scan it either. No odd noises that i have heard yet. I cant test it anymore now because its 55 outside, the car starts up and idles fine. This only seems to happen when it is 35ish or below.

What does temp have to do with scanning?

Find a live feed scanner to get an idea what is REALLY going on.

Stock pulley size? Pull the spark plugs out to see if there is any damage.

Kinda sounds like a IAC issue to me because it only deals with a problem of holding an idle.

Once the motor warms up the IAC is used less and the IAC itself is warmed by the motor and perhaps it functions better.
