not likely if the center is always spinning, its eaten its self.

If I'm looking at the right one the front does not spin when off.
Definitely #7. Front plate does NOT spin when ac turned OFF. Plate DOES spin when ac turned ON. Sound 99.7% sure is coming from #7. So should I spray inside the plate for now to buy me time? Should I keep the ac on or off while driving?
there was a thread where a guy said the metal clips that stick out of the clutch near the belt, he bent them one way and it made things tighter, not really sure, maybe you can find that thread.
lubing it up with some spray grease seems like a good short term fix. theres a bunch of holes around the outside ring, spray it inside there.
Now since it still kinda works, is it not cooling off cuz it needs a recharge? I haven't charged it in over 2 years. Also is it better to have it on or off till I get it fixed?
if the system is low, its got a leak, it not like motor oil where the pump can eat it. off, on it wont matter much. if the air blows cold use it. no cold air why bother.
Autozone has the clutch hub installer/removal tool in the loaner program. I know the grand prix's have the compressor on the bottom front of the engine but I haven't looked to see how clear of shot you would have without completely removing it from the car. You may be able to hang it down under the car with the hoses attached to get the tools on the clutch.
Its really not that hard with the loaner tool and a feeler gauge to reset your clutch gap or if need be replace the complete bearing but you will need some sort of press and cut off tool to go that far.
here's a video that may help you. Near the end of part 2 about 5 minutes in he shows you how to set the clutch gap.

Throught maybe I could do it till he brought out air tools. I can't even get my fuel filter off, how could I even do that. I do think it's the gap tho. I sprayed it and quieted down. But it's still in my mind that it's there. If I took a pic or pics could anyone tell if its a gap issue?
that looked rather easy really, the one i was doing was way more f ed up.
you could do that with out air tools im sure. a right angle grinder would work or a dremill
If it quit when you sprayed the compressOr could be going bad
If u just want to gap it. Check with a feeler if its small then just do the videos first step of pulling the clutch with hand tools but keep checking the gap until you get it to .025
What tool would I need if az loans it out? Also do feelers come with it or is that something I need to buy? Can this be done without removing much of anything?
probably would have to buy a feeler. Here is the whole kit http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...h-Kit/_/N-263h That's the loaner program so you get your $100 back when you return it.
heres a feeler gauge you would have to buy. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...ifier=1931_0_0_
The clutch doesn't spin anymore when turning on.
Swap the compressor then
did you do anything to it? did you try to gap it? or it just doesn't spin anymore on its own?
On its own. I was gonna gap it when found time but I guess I waited too long.
