Looks like gen 3. I think. It'll work on a gen 5 though.

haha the reason i asked is because i got one a while back and the guy that sold it to me clearly saw that I had a gen 3 car. no wonder it didn't work right. thanks guys

Gen V works for both, but a Gen III IC opening is smaller than a Gen V.

Gen 3 intercooler will work for both.
Gen 5 intercooler will work for only gen 5 supercharger unless u are into lots of rtv

No I didn't know there was a difference when I bought it I was new to the 3800 game. just gotta wait til its warmer to take it all off and then I'll think about selling it
