you may need a new coupler for the super charger, its a easy fix. heres a vid, so you can see what it does.



the rpm surging could be a vac leak, take some carb cleaner, spray it around the engine while its idling. if the idle jumps up, you found your leak. the T's like to crack, as well as some of the vac lines with a hard curve in them.

if the tensioner is bouncing a lot, change it before it breaks, if it breaks, you'l need a new belt as well as a new tensioner.
