Could be a bad wheel bearing or hub.

    "could be at all"?

Do you hear the noise moving, not moving, blower on, off?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Droning sound could be a wheel bearing or mabe your loud exhaust. I've never had a wheel bearing vibrate on me though.

If it does this when your breaking then its a warped rotor and/or worn out pads.

because we can see it or hear it or feel it. your gonna have to jack the car up, and start testing parts out, push and pull tests, and so on.

id think the hub went bad, jack the whell up, and grab the top of the tire, push and pull the wheel firmly, if it moves, the hub is bad.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Could be a wheel bearing, cv shaft, breaks, bent or loose rim, unbalanced tire, ect. jack the front end up onto jack stands and look around. Are you fixing this yourself or just going to a shop? If so, let them figure it out, that's there job.
