So your saying... you know how to work on cars?

That's good, we get alot of shade tree mechanics or DIY'ers that just needs to know what to do, so we try to cover the bases and make sure. If the hubs are showing signs of weakness we usually recommend the Timken brand hubs. They're a solid oem replacement, cost efficient but very reliable. I've replaced both fronts a couple years ago and they are still perfect 40k later. Both together cost less than 1 GM hub.

I do understand killing Pontiac, not happy about it by any means, but I do understand it. Pontiac sales were horrible in comparison to buicks, the Trans-Am was gone and not due for a come-back, the G8 while awesome was a rather expensive family sedan, didn't sale like they expected, the G5 & G6 were trashy bic lighter cars that weren't worth it, and the GTO was already stopped on production. While they sold well, they didn't sell well next to buick, which sold more units over seas than pontiac did total. It sucks, I wish they would bring it back, but not likely.

From a business standpoint, it made sense tho.
