    I'd get in there with a grinder and get all the top rust off and seal the bare metal. that looks very light!!!!!

    the grand caravans like to rust around the front strut towers....I saw one that ended up breaking all the way through.

    looks like you can save it!!!

    edit: they do make rust inhibiting primer and paint........

    There is no good way to get to the rust on the top, and its a lot worse then the pics show. I just couldnt get a good angle on it cause the rear deck was in the way. Im not too worried about it. like I said I will probably be getting rid of the car in a few years anyway.
