    Welcome!
I recently sold my 05 G6 GT also because of expensive payments. I switched to a 99 gpgt.
I must admit, while the gp is fun, I miss the G6 an awful lot (it kicked the gp's a** in mpg)

how many miles did you say the car had???

Because Id recommend against the trans flush.

and dont pay to have someone change your supercharger oil, be a man and get a spray bottle and use the sprayer to suck out the old oil and change it yourself. Get 2 bottles of supercharger oil from the dealer and do it yourself in like 15 min. Save ya some major coin.

ok sorry, im not trying to bash ya.

but if you know the car has been taken care of and regular maintance has been done to the transmission, then a flush should be ok. But if the fluid has not been changed in a super long time and flush can destory it, it may dis-lodge debris in the line and cause the trans to fail.

Here is a good vid to help ya understand how to change the supercharger oil, if you wanna do it yourself, its easy, but kinda smelly. Im just trying to save ya some money.

im actually gonna restate my last coment after going over the paperwork provided by the previous owner i cant see any attention ever being drawn toward doing anty work to the tranny...and some paperwork dates back to 07, now if i were to have a shop like a chevy or gm place profesionaly do a transmission flush and the tranny died would it be under there interest to replace my transmission?

there is nothing wrong with doing a trans flush... as long as its done correctly.

pull alternator.. alternator bracket... pop front motor mounts off,,, rock engine forward.. voila.. ive had a few cars flushed with nothing bad happening.. theres alot of trans flush myths floating around out there.. the main thing ppl **** up when doin a flush is not giving the car enough time for the fluid to get through the trans and sending the car out with a few quarts low on fluid. the whole theory on it stirring up contaminants is retarded in my eyes.. the filter is there for a reason. if i were u i would just do a pan drop with filter change and add some lucas stop slip to top it off. pan drop will take out about 8 quarts of fluid. just did one on my 05. the lucas is a good PM for the tranny. its not necessarily used for only slipping issues.
