congrats on the buy. consider yourself lucky. when i was 16 all i had was a 93 toyota tercel. i wasn't able to buy my GTP till i was 21. welcome to the forum
its refreshing to hear some enthusiasm. Welcome man, you be good to that gp and itll be good to you.
you have any details or pics, color? coupe or sedan?
I'll see about getting some pics up soon. The color is silver but it appears to have a tan-ish tint to it. The body is a sedan. It just hit 47k miles. As for the overall condition, I would say it is good-to-great. It has a couple minor scratches and scrapes. The only interior problem is that the door panel on the driver side is a bit loose and the window could use a windstrip. Tomorrow I will be replacing the air filter and changing the oil. It's kind of odd.-I've searched down miles and miles of car lots for away only to find this hidden treasure in a car lot just 3 miles from my house. It almost seems like it was meant to be.
you'll hear the whine once you put an intake on it
wow only 47k on it, you must have got a good deal or something.
the stock air box and tubing is restricting the air flow and it baffles it to prevent the supercharger whine.
Welcome, 47K is amazingly low miles. I'm about to hit 140K on my 2000 myself.
Before you start getting into the car a lot and wanting to mod it read this:

It'll point you in the right direction and answer the commonly asked questions on here.
Here are the pictures! Please, let me know what you think!
