autolite 606's or a stock plug type will work just fine, and stock wires work great too, but if you need new wires, go to a autozone or something like that and get a good set of wires for around 30-50 bucks, try and get them with a lifetime warranty. they are easy to change, just the backs ones take a little longer.

    NGK wires are bullsh*t!

Get TR55IX plugs and install them and leave them for a while.

NGK wires are decent if you plan to install them once and never take them off ever again.

i found that no matter how many different brands are out there, you can always count on AC DELCO.i dont know about the gp's,but on most of my gm's, ac delco is oem.

    or delphi.

    same deal.

But take them off and put them back on say 5 times and lets see how many misses you get.
