Youll need Type R stickers and a fart can, then youre golden.

I have never seen a 3800 install kit. Please elaborate on your so called kit
You will need heads,the front tensioner, harmonic balancer, LIM a 07 gt pcm or a 04-05 if you want tu tune and gaskets
I doubt your kit ahs these thing in them
