These cars are pretty easy to mod and work on Read the modding safely thread listed above and ask questions on here

As long as you have a half decent set of tools to work with and willingness to learn its pretty easy just remember

Cheap-Reliable-fast You can only have 2 of these

And it all depends how far you want to go
Make your own intake set up ,a hv3 insert, computer tune , and a few other things or you can top swap but thats more indepth and more expensive

LOL, I'm not alone. anyways with our 97 GT's the tranny is weaker than other years. Before any engine mods, I would save up to have a race tranny put in. When that is done, top swap would be next.

sell it and get an F-body, about the same amount of money haha. other than that, what everybody else has said about covers it.

haha yeah, jokin man. TEP, stands for triple edge performance, is pretty much the one everybody here's going to say. he's a vendor on this site and a lot of guys are running them. i'd give you a link if i had one, but just watch for the advertisements or i imagine you could find it with a google search

Triple edge perf is the way to go if you want a damn good trans but there are cheaper routes
