Hey. I have an 03 GT and love it. I have had it since new and we drive it hard. It has never let me down. Anyway, time for new tires. I am debating between Michelin Hydroedge, and Goodyear Eagle GT. Just wondering if any of you guys/gals out there have these on your cars and what you think.

    Thanks.

A more specific location and types of weather being driven through could help the response.

Cool! These tires will be strictly summer driving. Living in Northern Ontario, I believe in Winter tires. Also, fairly aggressive driving style.

My Goodyear Eagle GTs are awesome. They stick real nice in heavy rain, even turning at high speeds. Outside of WOT, you might be able to get them to squeal accelerating from a full stop turning uphill, but I've almost never spun them in the 8k miles I've had them on (at least while pretending to be a sane and somewhat responsible driver). Road noise increased quite a bit over touring tires, but that's the nature of the tradeoff, I suppose. Worth every penny for me; the safety increase is well-worth it.

Never tried Michelins, though, so I can't compare.
