I forgot to add that I don't have a light foot when it comes to taking off. I know some imperial measurements, but I was taught metric that is why I use it. I know a gallon is about 3.8 liters, a quarter mile is approx 400 meters, etc.

In a sense. What happens if after a calculation you are a decimal off? You probably wouldn't even notice. Unless you were using the american way!!!Also because metric makes more sense

3 E9 and 3 E8 can go unnoticed. I love the fact that everything is in such simple units, and easy to go back and forth, but i hate the fact that sometimes i slip up and lose track of a decimal.a decimal off? meaning 10 instead of 100? if you don't notice that you shouldn't be doing calculations.
