Thread: hello- i need help from the trannyman

hello from canmore,ab. i drive...drove a 2001 Grand prix Gt 3.8 auto not superchargedsomething is very wrong with my transmission, gears have fallen from the part where the cv axel mounts to the tranny and there is a hole in the side of said part- it appears i can replace the broken piece but i am not sure and if so i am not sure of the name of the part i am looking for.. it is bolted to the tranny with the cv axel sliding into the other end
