If it is a rebuilt transmission, I don't see the point as there shouldn't be any excess slip if the trans was rebuilt correctly. I do remember TripleEdge Performance transmission having a little Catepilar (I think it was) trans fluid mixed into the Dex for high Horsepower applications. I think the idea was that the thicker fluid would stick better to the clutch packs when they were spinning trying to hold Torque levels they weren't really designed for...

Not a rebuild, a overhaul. ie. Transgo shift kit, filter, gasket, dexron 6 fluid, and a trans cooler. It is a new car to me, and i wanna treat my Ocean to something nice.

Don't use it then. Fresh fluid and a new filter is perfectly fine.

Alright, thank you. How many quarts does the tranny take? Between 6-7?

You're adding a cooler and removing parts of the transmission that hold fluid to do the shift kit, you'll need atleast 8-9 quarts.
