Remove everything EVAP related and turn off all the codes via a tuner.

theres about 12 related codes for the evap. all sorts of dumb crap really. funny but they range from the p0400's all the way up to p1400's code numbers. aka codes all over the damn place.

I personally just removed whatever connected the system to the engine under the hood.
Then waited to see what codes it popped.
    Removed those codes

it will take time to become "ready" if you only delete the offending codes lol

the only thing i need to wait to become ready is my up stream o2 sensor, cat, egr, evap and rear o2, all that craps gone. thats about 24 codes worth of deletion. lol

I am referring to the tubing connected to the EVAP canister that runs parallel with the pressure and return fuel lines.

leave it there. why remove it all? just take it off the tb and its deleted, as long as all the codes are also deleted the cel wont pop up.

You're looking for the easiest solution, and since you don't have a tuner, the easiest solution is to read the code and fix the problem. There's no benefit to removing the EVAP and deleting properly is a can of worms.
