Well, seeing as it's a How To, OP should as a suggestion, include more specific information, ie, how to edit those tables you mention, how to check the 'E' value of the gas and adjust your stoich values accordingly (for those micro managers) and how to carry extra gas on long trips along with links to those Find E85 websites...

just a few suggestions ; )

I agree with sticky tbh, as all the E85 questions have gotten a bit crazy, problem is some are too lazy to do the background research and such, because all this information is available.
