Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
hopefully this new set works well. its shielded like crazy too so shouldnt have any interference. definitely will try to wire it the right way this time.
appreciate all the help. I seriously dont understand why a 2008 top tier model vehicle cant come with a freakin aux port...a base model jetta does lol.
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
well the corvettes have the same deck, if you get one made for a vette you can get a ipod cable, or for like 350 you can get the gm nos1 i think it was. trying to save but for that kind of money i can put towards tires or somehting else.
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
yeah the point in doing this mod is so you don't have to swap decks out. If I got anything it would be a 7" touch but not a pos boss model. I dont mind the factory cd player but jesus why put a car without an aux port lol. I have a galaxy s3 that I used to use pandora all the time on. lately i've had to use cds :(.
the only major mod im doin is the cold air box from pfyc and im not sure when i'll do that.
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
o and im talking factory nav, not to cheap, ive thought of selling mine before but just cant.lol
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
my 05 has USB and Aux.. and a way better deck :D stock deck sucks.
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
and dont wast the money on a box just build one on the cheap, fwi or gtfo
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
jordo missing the point bruh, well for me at least stock is better with the navi, but if i had a normal deck i would kept my dbl din from the last car
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
yeah the nav's arent cheap at all i've looked. Im not sure the guy i work with was talkin about having his built but I like kits a lot.
Re: how-to: diy aux input for 04+ xm equipped cars
