Thread: EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) Replacement, ABS Light/TCS Off Solution

Thanks for this post. I've had the same ABS/TCS light for about 9mo. and was told I need a new EBCM from the shop that read my error code.

You have a great writeup and I want to send my EBCM to Module Master to have it refurbished but I need a little help on removing the module from the BPV.

It looks like 6 T20 torx screws mount the EBCM. I was able to remove the wire harness, but removing those screws seems almost impossible with the tools I have.

Can you explain a little more how you removed/replaced the EBCM from the car? I have a 2000 Grand Prix GTP sedan.
