Assuming the Regal is charged (aka GS) only because you mention having a charger. No it's not 100% direct drop in. I have nearly this same swap in my Regal GS.
Flex needs to be considered. NA is a 245mm TC bolt pattern, SC is 258mm. The balance is slightly different, but not enough to stop a guy from swapping the flex to the other motor. (I swapped mine, no problems)
You'll need your pcm to be tuned to put in the NA engine with the 2.93 SC transmission gearing and change shift points for the different power level.
Then there's the fuel line change. Either a dorman repair kit to change them over or braided etc.
