So I would have to put the filter in front of that piece, which brings us just behind and a bit under the left headlights.

I can take pictures to explain what I mean, but to my point of view, that setup would have a huge amount of water on rainy days. I refer to the pictures on the first page, the red filter is where I could put it...

Is there a workaround for this? After checking some ppl FWI pages, the only idea that I have is to put 3/4 of the filter in the engine and the last 1/4 in the fender well. I really can't get more in it because of that weird frame piece...

For now, I have a ram air intake :|

Oh, and by the way, what a weird sound it gives with the superchargeR!!! It sounds like a sky rocket. That's funny, but not really a nice sound!

Thanks for any input!
I'm sorry dude but i don't understand your way of thinking.

It's called the fender brace if you want the actual name and 1.) you can unbolt the bottom part very easily and bend it back or 2.) cut the thing off with a dremel. It's not like you need it any ways if you get hit in the fender your hosed anyways!

The only way you would get a huge amount of water in there on rainy days is if your one of those people that drive though flooded streets to get where you need to go.

And as for the weird sounds. You might need your head examined. Superchargers with the K&N filter on the end sound mighty mean!!! I mean who doesn't like their car to whine when they get on it when they have a supercharger ?
