How long have you ran it since doing the oil change?
I'd even throw some trans fluid in the oil to see if that will help quiet the motor down, it may take several hundred miles to start working.
And I wouldn't rule out an exhaust leak but I'd have to hear it to see if it's really a lifter noise or something else.
after i change oil i basically let it run to temp to see if it stop but it didnt so i turn it off nd then i had to leave for work
I would want to look it over extremely well and confirm it's the lifters making noise before pulling it apart to swap them.
ok i havent drove it cause it acted like it was losing power when accelerating
How much trans fluid would i add also how many lifters it is to replace
sound like lifter ticking
oh no dont say that i hope its not a rod oh no
Yea that's not lifter tick lol.. Do as Scotty suggested helps eliminate if it's bottom end related.

.5 quarts will work.
And that just sounds like a poor quality phone recording, it can't handle the noises the car makes and it's all choppy and scratchy.
Try recording the noise with something else.
ok i let it drop and it actually dont sound as loud as it did earlier
no. start it up, then hold the throttle to 2500 rpm for 5 seconds, then let off the gas and let it drop back to idle on its own.
you can stand at the bumper to make the vid, dont bring the cam in close to the engine.
