    does the actuator control the blenderbox on a 99 gtp. or is it vacumn controlled or both?/?

    theres a vac line off the pass side fore wall, it goes to the top of the blower ot the back of a na manifold, it powers the air flow direction.

    check to see if its broken or fallen off.

    does this matter it will change to defrost if i push the defrost button on dash
    "not the mode switch which changes other settings" i can tell it moves the dampers but it doesnt shut the damper to the floor

    follow this how to to open up the dash. the round parts in the diagram move the air flow they are vac pwered. car running, move the air flow and watch the rods on both sides for movement.
