Looks like my resonator is starting to go -- rotting at the welded seams and leaking. I was thinking about replacing it with regular exhaust pipe, but I'm not sure how it will sound. How much louder will it be without a resonator? Will it be really noticeably louder? I heard at a few sound clips, but I'd like more opinions since they weren't the best quality. Thanks.

So a glass pack is pretty much the same as a resignator

How long do glasspacks usually last? I heard their lifespan is not too great.
