i have the pac- rps- gm11, wire harness for the steering wheel controls ect... i had everything hooked up, radio working, and so on, when i would hit the steering wheel control, the volume or any other one, it doesnt work, but the blue box from the wire hardneess LED light would light up as if it was getting the signal from hitting the steering wheel control, but they wont work.... anyone know what i should do or y its doing this, i tried programing it, didnt work, its like its getting the signal but not making it work, could the wire harness be bad?

What stereo are you trying to use? With that adapter the stereo must have the input for a wired remote.
If you look at this pic you see the 2 plug ins that look like a head phone jack? One is the line in/mic port and the other is for an external remote. Your head unit must have this one. The line in/mic port will not work. I have that same adapter in my Hoe and everything works just like it should.

I do believe with that stereo you have to connect the blue/yellow wire to something. Idk what but you have to connect it to the stereo somewhere.

-Edit- You need to connect the blue/yellow wire from the adapter to the blue/yellow wire on the stereo. I do not believe you need to plug in the 3.5mm jack.

It just worked on mine. You connected the blue/yellow wire from the adapter to the blue/yellow wire from the stereo?

I don't remember what wires I dont have connected.
You should have a blue/yellow wire that comes out right by the 3.5mm jack on the adapter and there should be one in the harness for the radio.

I'll go snag some pics of mine.
