The sensor before the MAF should be the IAT sensor (intake air temp). You could have the ICM tested but often they show good even if they aren't. If you have a spare ICM laying around then swap it in and install your existing coils. If you still have a miss then start by replacing the coils 1 at a time until it goes away. If you replace the entire ICM and all 3 coils all at once you will never know which part(s) are bad.
They are a wierd size, and the 5.5mm is correct, but you can also use a 7/32 socket to get them out. I use it all the time. And don't have to he-man them on, just snug will work.
