I've heard there are two sensors. I've also heard there are two sensors in the one that goes into the lim. Idk what's true but I know that's proving something isn't reading right. Ones reading 240 and the other 186. Have your old one still?

the one and only temp sensor has two parts, one to the pcm, the other side goes to the dash cluster temp gauge.

guess what? time for another temp sensor. these things are forever bad brand new right out the box. seen guys change 3 before it works right all the time.

if you have the old one. put it back in, it worked right at least.

Thanks guys! I will be putting in another temp sensor. Unfortunately my other one went in the trash which was picked up yesterday. I know, dumb move.

    Updating on this.

Replaced the Coolant Temp sensor and that is now working properly. Car now runs at the 1/4 mark or just a hair above. Has been consistent for about 250 miles now.

Also, the warm start issue is also fixed. Put the MAF on from my Bonneville and the car is now starting perfect while warm. The new MAF I installed must have started malfunctioning and caused the issue.

Thanks for all the help! Car runs as new, not like it has 206K!

sounds good. these cars hate aftermarket maf's, if that what you had in there.
