From the video is that a trans problem, or are you convinced the CV's are bad??

being i see the one part moving and the other not, then the click, its the axle in my opinion

yup.

if you put it in neutral, e brake on of course, and with two hands i bet you can make it move and click by twisting the one side to the trans.

While the car is in the air and moving the front wheels forward and reverse? Or pushing the actual car? I had it on stands last night and I could rotate my wheels, there was a delay before engagement in the trans.

Is the axle supposed to be flush with the transfer case? It's removed about 1/4" from the case. From what I'm hearing it should be flush..

Get us a picture. The axle doesn't get all that flush. And if you'd like to be worried about how much an axle sticks out.. go look at the passenger side. You'll feel way better about the drivers side.

I already did haha. To remove the axle do I just give it a good tug until it pops out? Then to install the new one just push it in until I hear a click??

No.. you need to give the back of the inner cv a quick hit. That way you don't put any force on the compression clip until the quick hit. That's how the compress and come apart easy. DRiverside tend to be the fighter because you can't get in there well to do it.

So I need to hit the axle outboard, right where it connects to the trans?

Almost every article I read just says pry that fugger out.

you need to push it in, so its not resting on the clip, then pop it hard and quick to pop it past the c clip.

you need a pry bar that you kick, or that tool bills got, and ill say that tool makes life easy.

Pressure on teh clip (pry type pressure) will make it stay in place and keep the compression clip from compressing. Trust me ...many have learned this the hard way.
