The P/S windows don't work from their respective P/S window switches either. (I thought if the master switch was faulty, none of the other switches would work either? Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
The 25A circuit breaker you mention is the component located at the back of the inner fuse box?
If so I've already checked that and it's good.
I haven't checked whether power is going to the D/S window switch or the RAP relay; those will be my next steps
