Like the "cross bar gasket" whatever its called and the actual lim gaskets kinds of ran into each other at the corners like they just didnt slide in and fit perfectly. It should be fine.

as long as theres rtv at the bare bottom. then all the gaskets got put in, then more rtv added. it should all be ok.
