3.4 and you better have a good tune as well as someway of monitoring knock. You can't just slap a smaller pulley on and hope for the best.
What he said. Start with the 3.4 and do some scanning and see how the engine is taking it. With the cam/headers package, you'll likely be fine and then can possibly drop down another size. Drop, scan, tweak/tune, repeat.
