Can this be done? Specifically, can the condensor be removed through the front by the bumper instead of coming up through the engine bay?

I'm gonna say no. I've done a radiator and I don't see any way possible for it to come out of the front with the radiator still there. It's really not bad pulling the radiator out.

I'd say pull the rad. Even without the front bumper cover, there isn't much room.....

Yea. Exactly. There's no room. I don't think the condenser can physically fit through the little cage it's in. Even if it could there's still all kinds of plastic in the way. It takes like an hour to pull the radiator. Drain the coolant. Pull the hoses off. Pull the dog bones and brackets off. Pull the fans out. Couple brackets that secure the radiator. I think it helps pulling those side braces off too IIRC.

remove the rad fans and you can lay/set the radiator towards the motor and the condenser will slide straight up between the rad and core support.

I used to do it all the time without losing a drop of coolant

Nice!! That's good to hear. Was hoping to do it without removing the radiator completely if I didn't have to.

Haha, didn't realize it at the time, but that should've been the question to ask.
