Why don't you just bypass it? You can leave it on there and have the same effect. Look on ZZP under their tech articles.

I tried the zzp bypass mod. Well partially. Couldn't the loosen up the last bolt to push it down

I could bypass it without any ill effects?

You may have to spray some pb blaster. Ill effects varies from car to car. Some have part throttle KR others don't.

Ok I tried that too Smdh. The bolt that's on the drivers side is the one I'm having difficultly with. Been using a socket wrench. Maybe a regular wrench will have to suffice

I'm confused as to which bolt is fighting. There's a 10mm nut holding the BCS to the BCA, then the BCA which is commonly called a turbo BBV has two 10mm/3/8" bolts that hold it to the charger.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

It's not the bolt persay, it's the angle. Its the bolt thats closest to throttle body. I Tried the socket and it wouldnt fit so I got frustrated and gave up. I'll give it another try today with a wrench and see can I get better results.
