If you check out any parking lot in New England during a snowy or otherwise icy day, you'll notice that most of the cars have their wipers popped up so that the windshield is easier to clean and you don't have to worry about the wipers being frozen to the windshield...

Well... this is NOT the case with my GP! I can't pop them! They sit so low that if you pull them up, they hit against the hood!

This sucks. It is extremely icy here today and I spent forever trying to chip the ice away and break them loose.

Is this common with all GP's or just the 04+?
    04 GTP.

Mine hid under the cowl, and don't stay away from the windshield when you lift em anyway, just scrape your windshield and they will be fine

Its like that on mine as well. If I know its going to get icy, I'll just cover up the windshield with some plastic or something like that and then anchor it by closing the doors on it. Works rather well.
