    No need to remove the clamps but V-band is very easy to take off and put back on... EDIT: IF you do want to try and adjust lossen the one that's closest to the top...you'll be able to move that pipe towards font/back (bumper to bumper).

    This piece (it's the piece that the wastegate is sitting on top of) is going to be the one where you ill be able to make the most adjustments with. From the top of the motor it's about impossible to get to it with the WG right in the way. You should be able to get to the 2 bolts from the bottom. Loosen both bolts and push the pipe to one side and tighten back down.
