    these are butt connectors, they suck for any thing thats gonna get wet. if you see these id bet they are the problem.



    soldered wire. weather tight.



    follow the wire from the hub over the lower control arm and to the body, look for one of these splice in the new harness to old. you'll have to take the wheel off.

    Well i dont have the equipment to even take the wheel off. i dont know what i would need other than to lift the car and take the nuts off.

    Even though i dont want to I am tempted to take it to the GM dealer just to get the diagnostic. They should have all the best tools to give me a definitive answer. I wont give them too much information just that I had a new wire harness put in. If they find that the wire hareness was put in wrong then I am going back to midas to get my $279 back for a hub assembly that i never needed in the first place (and i can see that i didnt now but the code would have come back if the harness was put on wrong). i probably should have went to the dealer anyway since its such a technical/mechanical issue.
