it's a 2000 grand prix, and yes, the BTSI is working correctly, with no change on the speedometer issue.

You might want to check the engine wire harness where it goes near the a/c accumulator. They will rub through there and have intermittent opens and shorts. It could cause your abs light and speedo problem.

The harness that goes to front passenger side WSS? That's been replaced. I've been told that the VSS is the only thing responsible for speedometer operation, the WSS's are left out of that circuit.
He means the main harness where it comes across the radiator support and down to the airbox/pcm. The accumulator is directly under the harness there.
Everything checked out fine, so I swiped a new EBTCM from a JY and swapped it in. I now have a speedometer in Neutral. I still have a TCS OFF light and ABS thought, but I do have a speedometer now, lol.
I had the TCS, ABS and Stability control off issue. Replaced the wheel speed sensor harness's on both the front and haven't seen the issue again.
I've tested all 4 wheel bearings at the EBTCM connector, and all 4 wheel sensors are new. I'm wondering if I should have codes pulled again since it has slightly different behavior (working speedometer in neutral).
my abs and tcs lights were on all the time and registered nothing on tach or speed it was my crankshaft position sensor
