1. Bogging, this sounds vacuum leak. Did you do the TB gasket and cleaning? Did you replace the injector o-rings, have you sprayed with TB cleaner to find vacuum leaks?

2. What do you mean click click click click, we need more info. is this a noise while the motor is turning over via the starter? Is this an interior noise, is the motor being turned over by the starter? Did this noise exisit before you changed the starter and after the lim, before the lim..you get the point.. detail it out please.

3. Put the two big connectors together. That's an inline for I think the Hvac system. The little connector looks like a blend door actuator connector, really it looks to me that a novice changed something under there and didn't finish reconnecting things. Hook that vac line back up too. Now the vac line under the hood.. find it.. fix it .. rubber vacuum line is fine. That's the vacuum for the dash vs vent vs floor actuator. No vacuum...no control. Fix it up.. hook it up.

4. Check your tie rods, steering rack to subframe bolts, wheel bearings and all the other suspension stuff. If you need more info on how.. please say so and someone will hook it up.

This car doesn't sound so bad.. it's a 98 and w/o normal maintenance or someone that knows what they are doing.. things can get behind. Doesn't seem all that bad to me.
Ok first of all THANK YOU Bill!

Here are some responses in regards to your answer

1- It seems that the car has a northstar throttle body, I didnt change the gasket when I reinstalled it back after LIM replacement, I still need to clean the throttle body. I do hear a "hissing" sound going from the boost bypass valve in front of the supercharger to the vac tree on top , maybe thats the problem?

2- The clicking sound is before the engine could turn over. Seems like the starter solenoid is not engaging. It has a new starter and it also did this with the older starter that the reason why it was replace. Maybe it has bad connection?

3- Is there a diagram where all those lines hook up to? I tried connecting the big connectors and they wont connect.

4- All the suspension parts where checked when I took it for the alignment. I was told everything looks good , does the steering wheel column have a part that gets worn out after a while that will cause this problem?

Thanks again for the response and help ..
