Then save some more and gauge if dropping pulley to monitor KR and also tune! Want crazy throttle response(?), port TB or get a North*, but has to be tuned in. Those are simplest and most cost effective things I would do.

consider these steps;

1-Scangauge
2-Headers (sd of course)
3-
A.) pulley drop
B.) autolite 104's (spark plugs)
C.)tune (before you drive the new pulley)
4- enjoy your high 13 sec car
